Manifest “Feelings” not “Things”

Often, we think about manifesting as “wishing the thing we want into existence”. However, the fundamental mistake we all make, is to focus on the ‘thing’ itself, rather than the feeling associated with it.


For example, if you are manifesting a baby, you might say things such as ‘I wish to be pregnant’ or I wish to give birth’.


What changes when we start to think about the feelings that go with these things? Are you ready to be pregnant?


Do you trust that your body can conceive, carry and birth a baby?


Are you excited about a babies arrival or are you worried about the impacts it may have on your life?

“Try switching it up and using phases such as: “I am ready to receive a new pregnancy” or “I welcome the birth of my new baby” Do you notice the difference?
