This 12 session Parenting and Family Coaching pack is not like professional counselling or psychotherapy, it is designed to support you and your family as a whole to keep moving forwards and overcome challenges or problems that are presenting in the ‘here and now’. You will be supported to develop action plans, tools and strategies which gently nudge and encourage you to create healthy and harmonious family dynamics.
